Are you:
A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt who enjoys collaborating with others to solve problems and design better processes?
Energized by diagnosing root causes of business systems and process challenges and developing improvement plans?
As the Black Belt, you will collaborate with Customers to solve product/service related issues. Leveraging your 6 Sigma experience you'll engineer processes that increase efficiency and reduce error rates and ultimately help to alleviate customer dissatisfaction and secure revenue.
A Day in the Life
Lead identified improvement efforts through all stages of the basic Six Sigma process (DMAIC) across various areas of the organization while providing leadership and guidance for the people who are attached to the project (process owners, subject matter experts, technology specialist, etc.)
Conduct data and other analysis to determine root causes of service performance failure
Document via flowcharting existing processes, identify fail points and develop solutions
Works directly with clients on either client specific service issues or as part of a larger service improvement effort
Provide coaching support to organization’s managers to support their improvement efforts

Requirements
Master’s degree required
Black belt certified from a reputable organization
10+ years of business experience in a service, financial or manufacturing environment leading business improvement efforts
Pro-active, process driven, with a strong focus on understanding and exceeding the expectations of the customer
Must be a results-oriented “change agent” with the ability to successfully interface with all levels and areas of the organization, establish close working relationships, and build consensus for chosen solutions
Travel required up to 75% of time

Are you:
an Industrial Engineer who enjoys collaborating with others to solve problems and improve manufacturing processes, tools, lay out with a solid background in the following activities:
Manage new product introduction in production, through the Manufacturing feasibility analysis of technical documentation (SOPs, OPLs, Production BOMs etc.)
Design and implementation of manufacturing & testing tools
Redaction of manufacturing and testing instructions for internal workers or external suppliers
Training of manufacturing and testing workers
Set up manufacturing processes at supplier’s premises / internal production department for proto and serial production
Facilitate manufacturing continuous improvement
You will help our Customers in any porblme related to Industrialization activity, from Deisgn phase, to Production

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
At least 15 years of experience in a mechanical factory as Manufacturing Engineer , automotive preferred.
Consolidated knowledge and experience on main manufacturing technologies (stamping, welding, painting, assembly);
Knowledge of English in professional level;
Ability to work in team, to collaborate with people from various departments (quality, manufacturing, design, supply chain, etc) and suppliers.

Are you:
Strong knowledge in industrial automation (Sensors, Actuators, PLC, SCADA, Industrial Networks) and electrical design, installation, and commissioning. Electrical Safety is highly desired.
Good understanding of Digitalization and Connectivity solutions, which are pillars of Industry 4.0. (Technologies such as MES, ERP connection, Data Analytics)
Good knowledge on Information Technology (IT), such as Infra Structure of Servers and Virtualizations (HW & SW), as well as, networks levels, switches, routers, etc.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, to be able to communicate with Customers at all levels and capable to manage their expectations, as well as with internal stakeholders (sales team, engineering team in automation and process)
Highly flexible and self-motivated.
Specification of automation hardware and software to create a complete Automation and Digital Solution, including concepts about IT infrastructure with virtualization environment, cybersecurity and networks.

At least 15 years of experience in automation roles within modern, complex, industrial environments.
Experience in Industry 4.0 implementation
